We are looking for happy, open-minded, and motivated people to join our Sea Natives family for the upcoming summer season in Portugal.

Open Positions – Summer 2026

👶 NANNY / MANNY

Dates:23/05 – 20/06 20/06 – 18/07 29/08 – 26/09

Responsibilities:

• Taking care of the children during adult surf and yoga lessons

• Looking after the three “camp kids”

• Organising kids’ animation and activities

• Keeping the kids’ play area clean and safe

• Participating in weekly nanny meetings

• Creating a weekly animation plan

• Helping out to clean the camp

Weekly Work Balance: approx. 30h, includes pocket money

🍹 BAR / 🏠 RECEPTION

Dates:23/05 – 04/07 20/06 – 18/07 25/07 – 29/08 05/09 – 26/09

Responsibilities:

Bar

• Serving drinks, coffee, cocktails, snacks

• Keeping the bar clean and organised

• Restocking drinks and supplies

Reception

• Welcoming guests and handling check-ins

• Answering guest questions and requests

• Keeping shared camp areas tidy

• Lending skate equipment, games, toiletries, etc.

Additional

• Helping with tent cleaning once a week on change-over day (together with the team)

Weekly Work Balance: Approx. 25h

🍳 KITCHEN CREW

Dates:23/05 – 20/06 18/07 – 26/09 (minimum stay of 4 weeks)

Responsibilities:

• Preparing daily breakfast with another crew member

• Making lunch packages for guests

• Assisting our chef, Tim, with dinner and dessert preparation

• Doing dishes and kitchen clean-up

• Unloading and arranging weekly kitchen deliveries

• Weekly cleaning of guest tents or the kitchen

Weekly Work Balance: Approx. 25h

🏄 SURF COACH

Dates:04/07 – 05/09

Responsibilities:

• Teaching surf lessons for adults and kids (from beginner to intermediate level)

• Walking with the guests to the beach and back

• Weekly supervision of one free surf session

• Weekly meeting with all the surf coaches

• Beach safety training & beach safety instructions

• Cleaning & maintaining the surf tent, wetsuits and surfboards

• Wetsuit hand-out & collection

• Prepare and execute alternative surf program such as theory lessons, surf skate lessons and land based surf drill/exercises

Weekly Work Balance: Approx. 30h/week, paid position

📸 CAMP PHOTOGRAPHER

Dates:25/07 – 17/08 30/08 – 26/09

Responsibilities:

• Photographing all camp activities (surf, skate, yoga, chill time, etc.)

• Making sure every guest leaves with beautiful memories

• Selecting and editing the best photos

• Creating a weekly Friday photo slideshow

• Spontaneous litte projects (like crew or tent interior pictures)

Weekly Work Balance: Approx. 30h/week, paid position
